Trustee and Protector

Hansard Trust Company Limited, our in-house corporate trustee, acts as trustee for client family settlements, employment benefit trusts and on occasions, where it is necessary to do so, we can appoint executives of Hansard to act individually as trustees in Guernsey.

Hansard is able to provide and appoint an independent Protector to a trust if the Settlor should so wish.
